How your cases are handled:
a step by step presentation

Step 1:

Our office crew will open cases we picked up the previous day. Each case gets put into their respective pan and each impression is labeled with the corresponding pan number. Once all cases are categorized, it is handed over to our technician to pour the models and mount them.

Step 2:

Margin is trimmed and trimmed models are scanned into our design system. Once they are uploaded, cases are distributed to our designers, who shape and adjust crowns to fit the patient without any discomfort.

Step 3:

Designed files are saved and our milling machine starts the milling process. Each crown takes only a couple minutes to mill, but multi-unit bridges can take hours to complete.

Step 4:

Milled crowns need to be baked at high temperatures for approximately 12 hours.

Step 5:

Crowns are now “bisque baked”, waiting for technicians to polish and finish. During this step, technicians use a microscope to shade match the crowns to existing teeth, and check for any damage or imperfections. These findings are either removed or crowns are re-made.

Step 6:

Finished crowns are quality checked, invoiced, packaged in a paper bag, and securely placed in our Maestro box to ship back to the doctor.
