Maestro Digital Dentistry Procedure
1. Find Maestro
Find Maestro Dental Studio in your oral scanner with info@maestrodental.us

2. Connect
Select Maestro as your dental lab and contact us to confirm we have been added as a partner.
3. Oral Scanning
Scan your patients with the oral scanner of your choice, and send to Maestro.
4. Start
Your case is ready to be processed!
Step 1
Receive the digital STL file and a digital prescription.
Step 2
Analyze, mark margins, and design crown on the scan to process to model printing.
Step 3
Process crowns – Zirconia, PFM, or EMAX.
Step 4
Final touch up and polish to create the Maestro quality durable crowns.
Digital works by Maestro:
Digitally fabricating implants require certain steps.
- We receive a scan with the scan body and all the necessary information
- We will 3D print the scan, inserting analogs and soft tissue on the model as needed.
- With the model printed, we will scan it to design and mill our custom titanium abutments and crowns.
- Implants are finished exactly like the traditional implant cases (PVS impressions)

Digital crowns and bridges can be completed in different ways.
- We can print a “quad arch” or a “full arch” 3D models, which allows our tech to check contacts, occlusion, fit and all other aspects– Just like a stone model!
