Sending Cases to Maestro
Step 2 - Packing the Case
• Place any impressions, bite registrations, opposing models, or previous crowns in one plastic bag
• Attach corresponding lab slip to the bag, ensuring that it is securely attached
• Fit as many case bags needed into one shipping box
Step 3 - Contact Maestro
•Double check to confirm all cases have correct Rx attached, and put them in our Maestro Box or another plain box labeled “Maestro Pick up”
• If there are multiple boxes, rubber band them together
• Attach pre-printed shipping label or contact Maestro to request a pick up
